  • Services are provided based on the information provided by the Client, and we are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data submitted by the Client.
  • Scope will be defined based on each of the services that is selected.
Client Responsibilities
  • The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information required for the provision of services.
  • The Client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to review and verify any reports, financial statements, or work delivered by us.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding financial records and tax obligations.
Payment & Fees
  • Fees, invoices and payment for services are determined based on the scope of work and provided in a separate pricing agreement.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
  • We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Client data and information.
  • We implement industry-standard ISO 27001 data security measures to protect Client data from unauthorized access.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share Client information with third parties except as required by law or with explicit Client consent.
Limitation of Liability
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the previous month for the services in question.
  • The Client acknowledges that some of our services involve inherent risks and agrees to hold us harmless from any losses due to errors not directly caused by our negligence.
Opt-in for Text Messaging
  • By filling out and submitting any form on our website, the Client expressly consents to receive text messages from us regarding our services, promotions, and account updates.
  • The Client may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message received or by contacting us directly.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply based on the Client’s mobile carrier agreement.
Termination of Services
  • Either party may terminate services with written notice based on the termination conditions specific to the service you have selected.
  • In the event of termination, any outstanding fees for completed services will be due immediately.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services due to non-payment or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
  • All disputes or claims in connection with this agreement will be resolved by final and binding arbitration by an arbitrator in Pittsburgh, PA.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date.
  • Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
