- Good knowledge and understanding in taxonomies
- Ensure the process and SLA’s are adhered to meet and exceed clients expectation.
- Handling team and ensuring quality deliverence
- Reviewing XBRL service delivery process and identifying opportunities for implementing new, innovative process where feasible.
- Setting up strategic and operational goals for the entire team.
- Good at handling client interaction.
