What we are looking for?
- Manage QA Analysts
- Ability to learn multiple processes and set QA metrics
- Help calibrate and improve on quality parameters
- Work with clients to meet their quality requirements
- Work with weak performers to improve their quality level by coaching/ re-coaching
- Provide process training to new new recruits across multiple processes
- Create innovative training sessions, SoPs, etc to make learning interesting
- Work with the HR team to identify suitable candidates for each processes
