- Work with International clients
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good at attention to detail in customer support
- Experience in call center or customer support role is an advantage
- Excellent listening and answering skills
- Any diploma, UG or PG degree
What would be your responsibilities?
- Work only with International clients
- Get trained on customer's product or service
- Answer inbound international calls and provide appropriate responses
- Reply to inbound customer emails in a professional manner
- Train your juniors and guide them
- Develop good relationship with clients
- Meet customer expectations
- Take responsibility and ownership of your projects
