Job Description:
- Graduate with good written and oral communication skills.
- Support TL in daily resource planning for the respective teams.
- Enthusiastic team-player who can act as an SME and handle the queries raised by the team members.
- Provide production support whenever required.
- Often involve in QC process and ensure the quality output as per the KPI.
- Monitor the production queue and encourage the team members to achieve the individual targets.
- Support TL in preparing the performance reports.
- Involve in process training as a trainer/mentor.
