Job Description:

  • Graduate with good written and oral communication skills.
  • Support TL in daily resource planning for the respective teams.
  • Enthusiastic team-player who can act as an SME and handle the queries raised by the team members.
  • Provide production support whenever required.
  • Often involve in QC process and ensure the quality output as per the KPI.
  • Monitor the production queue and encourage the team members to achieve the individual targets.
  • Support TL in preparing the performance reports.
  • Involve in process training as a trainer/mentor.
