- Salesforce and Salesforce Communities – Web based
- Ultratax CS– With virtual office used through Citrix
- Proconnect Online Tax (intuit)– Web Based
- QuickBooks Online – Web Based
- Pitbull Tax (pitbulltax.com) – Web Based – Specialized Tax Resolution software.
Tax
- Input tax forms into Ultratax software (we also use Intuit Proconnect in some cases)
- Prepare questions and open items for each return
- Log open items into Salesforce CRM case management system
- Update returns with new information provided
- Track progress of return from receipt of information to filing
- Submit returns for review
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of experience in US Taxation
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting or comparable subject.
- Any professional qualification will be an added advantage
