How does your accounting process work?
We offer you a simple 3 step accounting process
1. You send the information
You send your bank statements, CAM details, credit card statements, payroll, invoices etc. to us. You can send them securely via Google drive or Dropbox.
2. We work on your tasks
We will enter the expense, income details from your statements and categorize them. We will then reconcile and match your credit card and bank statements. Our accounting professionals can also handle any other accounting tasks you require for your business (labor and equipment allocation, bill payment, invoice entry, payroll, sales tax compliance and more).
3. You will receive tax ready reports
Our virtual team will send your monthly or quarterly accounts, year-end accounts, profit & loss statement, balance sheet and other tax ready financial reports. These are tax ready documents to you.
Do you use robots to perform accounting tasks?
We have pre built robots that can do many accounting tasks. You can choose to use our manual accountants, our robots or a combination of both. We are flexible to work in all these modes.
How qualified and competent are your accountants?

Which accounting software have you worked on, online accounting software or desktop accounting software?
We have experience with both desktop and online accounting software.Hence we do not have a preference of one over the other. If you want us to use online accounting software (example: QuickBooks online, Xero), you can give us access and we can start working. We will inform you once the work is completed, after which you can login and view the reports.
