Problem:

The client is a leading property management firm managing several prestigious properties. However, the client was having issues with work accuracy and completion because one staff quit on a very short notice. This employee was managing multiple tasks in the company. So to bring in a replacement at a short notice was difficult and it led to piling up of work.

To get a replacement staff at short notice and train them immediately in all aspects of the work handled by the staff who had resigned was an uphill task for the client.
