I am pretty sure everyone visits a hair saloon. Several of us visit the same stylist on a regular basis. Most hairstylists engange in conversations. So we can infer that hair stylists talk to a variety of folks on a day to day basis.
Perhaps you can offer them a certain amount for the number of referrals they send your way and a certain amount for every one of your business card they pass to others. You can also entice them with a percentage of the sales they bring in option.
